Prices quoted are exclusive or inclusive of applicable GST (18%) and transport freight charges as explicitly indicated at the time of order booking.
2. Order Placement, Payment, & Dispatch
Orders for Iron & Steel Trading, Structural Fabrication & Supplies are confirmed upon receipt of agreed advance payment or purchase order confirmation from an authorized buyer representative.
- Dispatch dates are estimated based on yard inventory status and carrier availability.
- Full balance payment must be settled prior to loading or release of transport consignment unless pre-approved credit terms apply.
3. Weight Specifications & Tolerances
All Iron & Steel Trading, Structural Fabrication & Supplies dimensions, wall thickness, tolerances, and linear weights listed on our specifications chart adhere to standard BIS and international steel manufacturing norms.
- Actual billing weight is determined by digital weighbridge readings at our yard or mill dispatch.
- Permissible weight and dimensional tolerance of +/- 2.5% to 5% applies as per standard Indian Steel Rolling Mill practices.
4. Quality & Material Inspections
We supply high-grade Iron & Steel Trading, Structural Fabrication & Supplies tested to meet standard chemical, mechanical, and dimensional properties. Mill Test Certificates (MTC) are provided for bulk dispatches.
Any material claims regarding physical defects or dimensional discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of shipment receipt at the target delivery site.
5. Limitation of Liability
fabricationworks.co shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site delays, transport delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical bottlenecks.
